About The Position

You will serve as the primary technical owner for production equipment performance, uptime, and reliability. You will diagnose issues at the line, establish maintenance standards, and coordinate with external OEMs, integrators, and engineering partners when advanced support is required. Your work directly protects quality, safety, and throughput.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years maintaining, troubleshooting, or operating production equipment in manufacturing, packaging, or a regulated environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with foundational electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience building or running preventive maintenance programs.
  • Comfort working in a high-velocity, safety-critical environment.
  • Experience with digital maintenance or work order systems.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to BellatRx or similar filling and packaging systems.
  • Experience in food, supplement, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
  • Foundational exposure to automation, PLC logic, or control systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site technical authority for filling, packaging, and support systems, including encapsulators, conveyors, labelers, heat tunnels, and transfer systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and foundational electrical issues (AC/DC circuits, sensors, motors, drives).
  • Establish baseline preventive maintenance standards, documentation, and schedules across production equipment.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and external engineers for advanced diagnostics, repairs, or system upgrades.
  • Capture all maintenance activity accurately in digital work order and tracking systems.
  • Support facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment installations.
  • Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment safely when required.
  • Uphold safety, GMP, and manufacturing standards without compromise.
