About The Position

The Maintenance Analyst is responsible to the Director of Fleet Maintenance for data gathering and analysis.

Requirements

• Highly motivated
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively with peers to correct deficiencies and improve processes.
• Ability to solve problems, exercise good judgement
• Effective oral and written communication skills, Proficiency in web-based programs (TMT, OVISS, OE software diagnostic etc.)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Advanced reporting duties to identify trends and opportunities from truck-based telematics systems
• Audits data entry of maintenance personnel to ensure quality, timely, and professional use of all company systems
• Ability to execute advance functions of maintenance software: understanding system functions including interface files, reporting, and error correction
• Conduct month-end reports and reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned
