About The Position

The Maintenance Business Process Analyst Oversee all business process development, implementation, maintain documentation, and propose changes to improve current processes. Support 24/7 business user support process for the maintenance system and work closely with IT to ensure high levels of availability of the system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with aircraft maintenance MRO systems and process development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, and solve problems
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and travel based on operational needs.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities regularly
  • Ability to read, speak and understand the English language.
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in aviation related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define standards for optimal use of the application's functionality based on business process flows.
  • Understand and drive business process improvement by working closely with maintenance department heads.
  • Identify efficiencies in processes and launch projects to improve these processes.
  • Automate airworthiness control functions, via reporting and exceptions.
  • Define standards for technical application support process.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance Systems trainer to ensure training content is in line with process flows.
  • Ensure that all maintenance manuals are aligned with maintenance business and software processes.
  • Perform administrative duties within Technical Services.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions at CommuteAir.
  • Other duties as assigned.
