Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with diverse groups.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and remain flexible to meet business and customer demands.
Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
Ability to effectively implement solutions or respond to change.
1 – 5 years of relevant manufacturing analysis and process experience or minimum of 2-year college degree.
Practical experience in manufacturing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain and track maintenance records, project status, service agreements, building and safety inspections, and compliance matters.
Assist Purchasing Department with clerical duties pertaining to the Maintenance Department.
Manage inventory supply levels while sourcing products and suppliers within purchasing policies.
Issue Purchase Orders and needed, order supplies, and assist with approval and resolution of supplier invoices and discrepancies
