About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Main Kitchen Runner to keep our kitchens and outlets stocked, moving, and happy. You’ll be the go-to person who gathers food items, delivers them where they need to go, and makes sure everything is put away properly once the job’s done. From the Main Kitchen to Garde Manger to the Bakery—you’re the reason the magic keeps flowing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in a high-volume dining restaurant as a Food Runner or Server preferred
• Willing and able to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and Holidays (Monday - Tuesday off)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Expedite food from the kitchen to the table, following the sequence of service as directed by the Chef or kitchen expediter.
• Describe dishes and menu features upon delivery, answering any questions from guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations and quality service.
• Perform assigned open and closing side-work, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service station.
