Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D
Must have office work experience and familiarity with postage equipment
Participate productively as a member of a team; Expected to have an eye for detail, be self-motivated, use time management and organizational skills
Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, Outlook)
Ability to lift 50lbs higher than shoulder weight and ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Fulfill and distribute claim forms and envelopes to providers and internal units
Prepare and mail Provider Welcome Packets and Family PACT educational material orders
Envelope Labeling for outgoing Provider Packets
Restocking Inventory Supplies (ability to lift up to 50lbs)
Meter outgoing mail and create UPS labels for shipping
Print and Mail provider letters
