About The Position

The Mailroom Coordinator supports daily mailroom, shipping, printing, and office supply operations across two nearby buildings. This role ensures mail, packages, documents, and supplies are processed and delivered efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of mailroom experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages.
  • Reliable, organized, and customer-service oriented.
  • Drug test
  • BG check

Responsibilities

  • Sort, receive, scan, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
  • Process outgoing domestic and international mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
  • Handle certified mail and resolve returned/incorrect mail issues.
  • Print presentations and complete document print requests.
  • Restock copy rooms, printers, and office supply stations.
  • Troubleshoot printers/copiers and replace toner as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
  • Pack items for shipment or internal distribution.
  • Track deliveries using SendSuite.
  • File bank statements with Iron Mountain.
  • Respond to emails and manage requests in Famis 360.
  • Travel between two buildings throughout the day for deliveries and tasks.
