About The Position

This position is responsible for mailroom support and other clerical duties supporting the Payment Services team. Location: Tacoma, WA

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 years of clerical/mailroom/shipping and receiving preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Mail/Scanning Equipment, and applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Goal oriented self-starter with a strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• 1 years of clerical/mailroom/shipping and receiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents that come through mail (e.g. Letters, parcel, US postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments.
• Print, validate and prepare documents for mailing.
• Prepare and process outbound mail including US Postal standard, Priority, and certified mail.
• Track and maintain mailing counts
• Clerical/Data Entry
• Other duties may be assigned.
