Experience MCS and experience excellence. POSITION SUMMARY The primary role of this position is to perform the daily mail services tasks supporting the Miami Corporate Office. These tasks may include sorting and delivering mail, mail imaging and coding, and posting mail.

Responsibilities

  • Picks up mail from USPS Post Office or receives mail via courier
  • Sorts all incoming USPS and interoffice mail
  • Researches all mystery mail and redirects to appropriate department
  • Opens and extracts mail according to client policy and processes
  • Images specified departmental mail and electronically processes via coding or directs into client document management system
  • Logs all incoming certified mail
  • Delivers mail throughout the facility
  • Maintains all production logs and accurately tracks mail volumes
  • Logs and verifies all outgoing certified mail
  • May Deliver certified mail and other outgoing mail to the US Post Office
  • Receives all incoming packages and ensures barcode tracking
  • Processes outgoing packages
  • Provides routine maintenance on all mail and document imaging equipment
