About The Position

SumnerOne is seeking Onsite Mailing/Print Support Specialist
to join our team at SumnerOne’s Mastercard Mail Center in O’Fallon, MO. In this role, you will support the day-to-day mail operations, including receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, high volume printing and courier packages. You will also handle international shipping regulations and ensure seamless service for our customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Mail Room knowledge with FedEx, UPS, and USPS platform experience is preferred
• High volume production printing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and customer service skills, especially regarding shipping regulations
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring extended periods of movement and lifting

Nice To Haves

• Mail Room knowledge with FedEx, UPS, and USPS platform experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Mail and Courier Management:
• Receive, process, and coordinate incoming and outgoing courier packages for pickup and delivery
• Sort and distribute incoming mail to employees and departments
• Post outgoing USPS and international mail, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain daily meter and service logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of mail activities
• Production Printing Operations:
• Run high-volume/production copy machines
• Customer Interaction:
• Communicate daily with customers, providing guidance on international shipping regulations and addressing inquiries
• Physical Activity:
• Perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and climbing
• Lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations
