Mail Room Supervisor

The Mail Room Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all mailroom functions, including the handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, mail and package distribution and tracking throughout the corporate office and within a specified geographic territory. As the Supervisor, you will administer recurring routines, including meetings with core business partners, to drive a shared understanding, prioritization and fulfillment of initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple locations within a specific geographic territory
- Actively identify and promote cost-effective solutions for Mail Services
- Track all incoming and outgoing mail packages, including FedEx, UPS and courier services
- Verify that all outgoing is mail is properly metered and shipped out on a daily basis
- Manage departmental metrics, KPI’s and reporting
- Assist in the development of all Policies & Procedures to aid in the administration of mail services functions
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
