The Mail Room Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, including the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming shipments. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely delivery of packages, and adherence to all standard operating procedures. In addition to hands-on responsibilities, the Lead provides guidance to team members, supports workflow coordination, and acts as a point of contact for escalations. Proficiency with systems such as CMMS, FedEx, UPS, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile devices (iPhones) is required to effectively manage operations and communication. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a high level of customer service.
