Mail Prep Operator - Night Shift

We are looking for a Mail Prep Operator- Night Shift who will: Inspect inserted mail to ensure that the mail meets the required expectations according to the USPS specifications. Operate machinery on the production floor for mail processing. Load processed mail onto USPS pallets or carts and then onto a USPS truck ensuring that the pallets are positioned correctly. Understand the inventory process for mail prep supplies and place orders if necessary. Maintain daily logs for recording and balancing mail counts. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available. 12- hour Rotating Work Schedule Example: Work 2 days then you get the next 2 days off. Then work the following 3 days then you get the next 2 days off Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis. Can perform basic mathematical calculations. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
