Position Summary The Mail Fulfillment Associate is primarily responsible for the daily operations of Healthmap’s mail center. This associate will serve as a front-line associate, ensuring mailings are sent as scheduled.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Per Healthmap’s HR Security Policy, this position is considered HY (high risk for PHI and may require additional training/screening)
• Strong relationship building skills, prioritization and solutions oriented
• Ability to understand key goals from program and understand reporting results to communicate areas of opportunity to all stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university is preferred
• Experience with health insurance companies, related regulations and mail related vendors preferred
• Mail Operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate mail machines including the postage meter, photocopier/scanner, and mail folding and inserting machine
• Process and weigh outgoing mail
• Maintain records of mailing dates and other required information
• Stock supplies for the mail room as needed
• Return mail processing and logging
• Review vendor reports
• Perform Quality Assurance on outbound mail
• Perform other related duties as assigned
