Responsibilities: Customer Service: Maintain a functional, staffed customer service area. Provide reception coverage and manage client interactions, including handling difficult customers. Mailroom & Office Support: Perform all mailroom functions (sorting, distributing, and handling mail) and assist with office services like copy requests and work tickets, especially during breaks or coverage. Equipment & Facility Management: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment, report issues. Backup & Flexibility: Act as a backup for all staff functions and different locations, adapting to changes in duties and coverage as needed. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support for the Dayton areas, multiple TMG properties. • Schedule and monitor the completion of maintenance service requests. • Assist with in-house moves, including packing, relocating personal belongings, and distributing keys. • Support executive meetings and events by setting up rooms, furniture, food, and beverages.
