We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print & Mail Services Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with digital and offset printing, and a solid understanding of Command Workstation workflows. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and possess working knowledge of bindery equipment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • Proven experience in digital and offset printing environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Command Workstation
  • Hands-on experience with bindery equipment (cutter, folder, trio)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift and move packages and print materials as required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while operating production equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the on-site office and production team
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional, friendly, and cooperative attitude
  • Perform administrative tasks including typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, and mail distribution
  • Operate digital printing, copying, and scanning equipment to produce high-quality output
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in digital printing with a firm understanding of Command Workstation
  • Support both digital and offset print production to meet quality, turnaround, and volume requirements
  • Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, and trios to complete finished products
  • Process inbound and outbound mail and packages, including scanning, sorting, and delivery
  • Maintain and update employee lists, logs, reports, and production documentation
  • Ensure adherence to business procedures, production standards, and safety guidelines
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands in a high-volume production environment
