Mail Print Operator Onsite - Lexington, KY Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - clean desk (clean desk policy) Pay: $15.00/hour training rate then position moves to piece rate ABC time after 8 weeks of training, which may be below your states minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mail Print Operator to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running industrial-sized printers, organizing printed materials into batches, and preparing them for further processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work 2nd shift and flexible hours based on business needs.
- Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check and/or drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial-sized printers to produce high-volume print jobs.
- Group printed materials into batches and separate them for further processing.
- Place completed batches in designated areas for downstream operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs or more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
