Certain positions at EnerSys Advanced Systems require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other U.S. government security regulations. Candidates for these positions should be a “U.S. Person” under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a refugee/asylee) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position. The Machinist at Bren-Tronics, part of EnerSys manages day-to-day machine shop activities, ensuring smooth operations, proper maintenance of equipment, and availability of materials and tooling. This position produces precision parts using CNC and manual machining, supports prototype and production efforts, and works closely with Engineering to develop fixtures and improve processes. The role also requires accurate recordkeeping and strict adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
