In addition to serving every major OEM, the company heavily targets helicopter owners like municipals, fire, search and rescue operators and utility companies. In total, we serve over 1,000 customers around the world. Position Overview Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm The Machinist operates both manual and CNC machinery to produce precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and production plans. Ensures quality and accuracy by following established manufacturing processes and specifications. Supports production needs through hands-on assembly of subcomponents and finished products. Maintains efficiency and safety standards while adapting to varying production requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience operating manual and CNC machines.
  • Must be proficient with shop measuring tools and equipment.
  • A collaborative attitude with commitment to teamwork is essential.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Must be detail oriented and precise to meet quality expectations of customers and colleagues

Nice To Haves

  • Setup and program change experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture products to drawings and planning requirements.
  • Manually assemble subcomponents and components as needs arise.
  • Read and understand shop drawings and planning
  • Setup and operate Vertical Milling machines
  • Load and unload parts to be machined
  • Check and measure parts for dimensional correctness
  • Perform routine machine support tasks, including starting and stopping equipment, maintaining coolant levels, removing debris, and completing end-of-shift shutdown procedures.
