Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D
The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal instructions is required in order to perform the duties described above.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Minimum 1 year experience as a CNC lathe, shapers, hobbers (& manual gear checking equipment), or mill operator or the equivalent.
Ability to demonstrate this knowledge to the supervisor.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in this field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Loads, unloads, deburr, and inspects parts being run.
Checks oil, coolant, grease, and any other light maintenance items needed.
Keeps machines and work areas clean and organized.
Performs basic preparation of setups (only as allowed by supervisor on PSPF 013, posted in that cell).
Actively participates in High Performance Teams and company-sponsored training programs.
Completes additional duties and projects as assigned

Competitive Compensation Pay Range: $23.63/hr to $29.58/hr
