What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including tooling components, production components, and more that serve industries like Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Plastic Packaging, Battery, and beyond! You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Proficiency in set-up and operating EDM — required Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish A Day in the Life: Set up and operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM with Esprit programming software Set up and operate Makino EDM Sinker machines. Use Mastercam and NX software to analyze components and molds Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
