About The Position
Join an employee-owned metal tool manufacturer specializing in drill bits and metal parts. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position operating modern CNC machines (grinders/machinists) to produce high-quality precision products.
Requirements
- CNC machining experience is preferred, but training is provided for mechanically inclined candidates with machine operating experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass a national background check and drug test.
- Must have longevity on current resume.

- CNC machining experience preferred, but candidates can be trained if mechanically inclined with some machine operating experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare, operate, and monitor CNC machines for fluting operations.
- Read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Load materials and inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain open communication with the team.
