About The Position
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with strong measuring skills and prior experience in the printing industry. This role offers the opportunity to grow and cross-train in multiple areas for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and willingness to learn. Multiple openings are available for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery in a printing/manufacturing environment
- Measure materials accurately using measuring tools
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support production goals and meet shift deadlines
- Cross-train in different production areas as needed
