About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse and production operations run efficiently, safely, and smoothly. Your responsibilities will include operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and automated systems to move, stage, and load materials. Duties may include handling of raw materials and finished products, managing inventory with precision, and completing documentation with accuracy. You’ll also conduct daily equipment inspections, follow OSHA, FSMA, and MSDS standards, and collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility. In this role, attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety are key, as your work directly supports customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operator certification or completion of training within the first 30 days of employment
  • Minimum of 1–3 months forklift experience; 6+ months warehouse/inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move items up to 100 lbs
  • Capable of performing physical tasks throughout the shift (bending, climbing, squatting, walking)
  • Comfortable working in varied temperatures and warehouse conditions
  • Ability to perform daily equipment safety checks and follow all work procedures
  • Familiarity with automated inventory control systems
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions accurately
  • Strong coordination and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Reliable attendance and adherence to workplace conduct standards
  • Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
