About The Position
Responsible for safely operating KN / MBK cage machines and equipment in the production process.
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) industry experience with KN / MBK cage operating
- English language proficiency. Spanish is a plus
- Computer knowledge / skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in machine operations, welding, maintenance, or Quality control preferred
- Quick thinker / flexible / problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
- Welding experience
- Maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Operate control station and header cart
- Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order
- Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement)
- Inspect wire cages / reinforcements
- Supply machine with necessary components to make product
- Meet production schedule numbers
- Produce quality product
- Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery
- Operate a forklift and or crane to supply machine
