Machine Operator
About The Position
The operator is responsible for producing a quality product in a timely manner with minimal waste as well as for all that relates to their machine and the helpers that are part of their team on the line. Operator’s job duties are as follows: ? Produce quality parts (perform quality control), ? Meet production standards, ? Minimal scrap totals, ? Train team members, ? Housekeeping, ? Troubleshooting, ? Minor preventative maintenance, ? Effective communication, ? Fill out paperwork, ? Minimize down time, ? Help develop systems to save time and money, ? Enforce company policies and safety standards, ? Other duties as assigned. Mechanically inclined; assists with setup and operation
