Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Set up, run, and monitor production machines according to job specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect & Measure: Perform in-process quality checks, identify defects, and ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain Production Flow: Keep machines running efficiently by refilling materials, clearing jams, and minimizing downtime.
• Perform Basic Maintenance: Clean and maintain machines daily, reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
• Read Instructions: Follow blueprints, work orders, or written instructions to complete production tasks accurately.
• Document Work: Record production counts, scrap, and downtime clearly and accurately.
• Champion Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and machine guards, to maintain a safe work environment.
