Requirements

• Troubleshooting Skills
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or laborer role highly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties to support production
• May operate a forklift as needed to transport materials
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use power tools and hand tools as needed
