About The Position

We are looking for machine operators who have the abilities and aptitude to progress within the company - we promote from within our organization. Verify product meets quality standards by visual inspection as well as using a tape measure to verify size of product within a 16th of an inch. Verify material is correctly stacked, wrapped with dunnage, banded and tagged for shipping. Perform housekeeping and machine cleaning as required. Ability to properly communicate with teammates, maintenance and management on machine performance or other concerns. This job requires physical exertion in a heavy, industrial environment (examples include standing, reaching, twisting, exposure to extreme temperatures/ weather conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds)

Requirements

Must know how to properly read a tape measure
High School Education or equivalent work experience
1-3 Years’ experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment preferred
Must be able to work standing for full shift and sometimes walking on a roller system
Must be able to work any shift - currently hiring for 2nd shift
Individuals must be willing to work overtime and as required weekends
Applicants will be required to pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
