Production Labor Scheduler

About The Position

Create and post the Koch Foods Labor Scheduler after receiving labor information from the Supply Chain Department Scheduler. Update standards when requested. Receive calls from employees and inform employees of work schedule by phone if needed. Check all telephone messages from the office number and from the production attendance line number. Fill out the required absence forms. Send absence information as requested to the Managers, Supervisors and absence paperwork to HR. Receive employees request for scheduled days off such as Vacation Requests and Request Off forms. Clerk will be responsible for the signed approval from manager. Manage employee's ordering of boots, lunch bags, and the authorization form for company purchases. Schedule new hires with "buddies" Assist in translation if necessary.

Requirements

Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
Must be experienced in Excel, Word, and other computer programs.
Excellent attendance is required.

Scheduling background is a plus.
