Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions
- Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
- Complete production documentation accurately
