About The Position

Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Personalization Machine Operator to help bring customer orders to life. In this fast-paced production role, you’ll operate advanced personalization equipment to process plastic cards with precision and care–ensuring every order meets strict quality standards before reaching the customer. You’ll work on the final stage of production, operating printing, folding, cutting, and assembly equipment while inspecting and replacing any substandard cards. If you take pride in accuracy, quality, and teamwork, this is the role for you.

• High school diploma required
• 6+ months of card personalization experience highly preferred
• Strong mathematical skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Operate personalization equipment including printing, folding, and assembly machines
• Follow detailed work instructions and dynamic production schedules
• Inspect finished cards and replace any that do not meet quality standards
• Support training of employees and temporary staff by translating written work instructions
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Perform multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the team
