About The Position

We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team! Operate up to two machines and coordinate all activities on the packaging line to achieve maximum efficiency. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Stand 95% of shift, walk 50%, bend/twist 50%
• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to read/write in English
• Basic math and communication skills
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of machine operation experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate up to 2 packaging machines efficiently
• Read and follow product specifications to ensure quality
• Set up machines, install new tooling for changeovers
• Stop line if product does not meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Monitor and adjust metal detectors and check-weighers
• Complete production forms and report material shortages
• Work with QA when products are out of spec
• Follow safety procedures, GMPs, HACCP, and Allergen control
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with other duties: rework, packer, stacker, etc.
