Responsibilities

Coordinating assignments for the shift with lead and supevisor
Operation monitoring
Meeting and exceeding production goals
Identifying maintenance issues
Prioritizing material based on due dates
Follow safety procedures
Operate production equipment in an incentive-based environment to efficiently produce finished goods for supporting products for further processing.
