About The Position

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirements
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them in good working condition
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes
• Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
