Requirements

  • Prior CNC machine experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with hand tools, routers, and general warehouse equipment
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
  • Confident in using measuring tools such as tape & calipers
  • Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Strong basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Forklift experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team environment
  • Setup and run jobs on CNC equipment, ensuring precision and attention to detail
  • Load and unload materials onto machines & starting programs as needed
  • Allocate materials and change tools as required for each job
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is clean and operational
  • Follow quality control procedures and accurate setup documentation
  • Provide feedback to help improve program efficiency and material usage
  • Assist with finishing tasks, including deburring and preparing parts for final processing
  • Communicate job details and handoffs with fellow operators and team members
  • Read and interpret blueprints & work instructions accurately
  • Use measuring tools to inspect parts and ensure product accuracy
  • Work as a team with other employees to help the branch reach its goals
  • Other duties as required
