About The Position

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Paste Dump Operators to support a high-volume food manufacturing facility in Rockford, OH. This role is responsible for safely handling, dumping, and transferring product paste into production equipment while maintaining quality, food safety, and efficiency standards. This is a 3rd shift opportunity!

Requirements

• Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes, batch instructions, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely dump paste or raw materials into mixers, hoppers, or processing equipment
• Verify correct ingredients, batch numbers, and quantities before dumping
• Monitor product flow and assist with adjustments to ensure consistent production
• Perform basic quality checks and report any inconsistencies or issues
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards at all times
• Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Communicate effectively with machine operators, quality, and production teams
• May operate pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials (based on training and certification)
