About The Position

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Team Partner to join their UniFirst Family. As a Team Partner in the Personalization Department, you will be operating the die cutting machine, cutting embroidered emblems, and processing goods. UniFirst offers a 5-day work week with weekends off and provides on-the-job training. Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or GED equivalent is required.
  • Effective verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to apply skills to ensure consistency, quality and limited delays in servicing customers and staff.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain production dies and align stitched outlines on sheets or rolls of embroidered fabric.
  • Position, cut, and remove emblems from the work surface.
  • Utilize raw materials by aligning dies as directed to avoid waste.
  • Adjust die cutting equipment and replace die cut boards, as necessary.
  • Keep a clean workstation.
  • Maintain productivity levels as instructed.
  • Report malfunctions to location management.
  • Participate in cross‐training in other Personalization/Production areas and the Distribution Center.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  • Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.
