About The Position

Operate automated and semi-automated machines to manufacture automotive batteries Perform minor assembly tasks as part of machine operation Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic operator maintenance (cleaning, greasing, replacing small parts) Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met; record approved and defective units Follow all safety, PPE, and production guidelines

Requirements

1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a hot environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for long periods
Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as needed
Commitment to safety and PPE compliance
