About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Machine Designer to lead medium-scale design projects with a focus on budget management and quality oversight. You will be responsible for independently solving design challenges, coordinating across various disciplines, and producing final plans and specifications. Additionally, you will evaluate construction outcomes and serve as Job Captain on single or multi-discipline projects, preparing and reviewing construction budgets and scopes of work. This role may involve project management responsibilities and overseeing design team tasks. You will also develop new design approaches, represent the team in client meetings, and estimate total design and construction costs. Travel is required for this position, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
