The Morgan Academic Center is accepting applications for part-time Academic Coach positions throughout the 2025-26 academic year. This position requires an ability to work with at-risk student-athletes to develop and improve upon their study strategies, including but not limited to goal setting, time management, organization, note-taking, reading, study and test preparation, self-monitoring, self-advocacy and critical thinking/problem-solving in a diverse university setting. This position is limited to a maximum of (20) hours per week with a (typical) minimum commitment of 5 hours per week; however, hours are not guaranteed and may vary each week/semester including the possibility of evenings and Sundays. A minimum of an earned bachelor`s degree, or higher, is preferred; current Penn State graduate students are preferred but qualified applicants with equivalent academic credentials and/or experience mentoring, coaching or teaching will be considered.
