The Opportunity: The MOT Operations Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive training to technicians and fellow trainers on customer service practices and daily operations within a technician's role. They evaluate technician performance based on extensive knowledge of LG products and systems. The trainer develops training programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction (NPS) and supports trainers with necessary information to facilitate training. They collaborate with field service operations to determine suitable training venues and analyze training activities to improve effectiveness. Additionally, the trainer assists in organizing training events at conventions and maintains communication with various departments within LG.
