The work: The Technical Business Analyst has the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Technical Business Analyst is expected to develop technical expertise in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including:

Requirements

• Full lifecycle development using Waterfall, Agile
• Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements and the understanding of testing phases
• Must demonstrate knowledge with the functionality of applications and current computer technology
• US Citizenship required
• Active U.S. Passport Needed

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of working with federal clients
• Familiarity with SQL, and XML, environment a plus.
• Familiarity with web and reporting technology is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
• Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
