About The Position

The LVN/LPT Manager implements and supervises assigned position(s) within the nursing department on their designated shift. Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members. Provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the physician. Shifts Available:   Full-Time | AM | Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Days: Sunday -Thursday Expected starting wage range is $34.64 - $42.75. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
  • Current CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Two (2) years of LVN/LPT/LPN experience in health care environment.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience.
  • Completion of Telecare assigned Supervisory training within 12 months in lieu of supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
  • If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply
  • Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.  (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc. 
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
