About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at the Aria Spa & Salon, you play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. Your warm, approachable personality and commitment to exceptional service help make every shopping visit enjoyable and effortless. From delivering friendly, seamless checkouts to keeping the store well-stocked and looking its best, you help ensure guests leave with more than just their purchases, they leave with lasting impressions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Experience in luxury retail sales is preferred
Previous experience in a commission-based role a plus

Responsibilities

Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals
Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
