Requirements

• A self-starter with a passion for premium client service
• Proven success in luxury/highline automotive sales
• Refined communication and client engagement skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 violations in the last 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury experience tailored to each client
• Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles with deep product knowledge and enthusiasm
• Build lasting relationships through multiple touchpoints: in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms
• Present tailored pricing options and handle negotiation with professionalism and transparency
• Maintain the highest ethical standards in every interaction
• Stay current with the latest product, technology, and brand training
