About The Position

As a Luxury Experience Coordinator at Bellagio, you will be the first touchpoint in creating unforgettable memories for our guests. From initial contact through reservation completion, you’ll deliver warm, personalized service that reflects Bellagio’s five-star, five-diamond standards of excellence. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between our Front Office and Executive teams, ensuring every guest is treated as a true VIP. By anticipating needs, providing seamless coordination, and showcasing the elegance of the Bellagio experience, you’ll inspire guest loyalty and foster lasting connections that bring them back time and time again.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ Years of Prior experience as a Concierge or Front Desk Agent

Nice To Haves

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of the suite approval process, ensuring all necessary elements are completed and information is communicated promptly and clearly to both guests and team members.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and engage with them to identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, recommending tailored features and benefits to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of MGM Resorts’ properties, including locations, amenities, services, and offerings across the brand.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Chairman Club members by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open, effective communication.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns within the scope of authority, while escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
