You get to choose from three different payment plans throughout the training process. As an employee, you get to be part of a large company but with a small family feel - Tonkin Family of Dealerships has a plethora of new car dealerships in the Portland Metro. Our Luxury Automotive Sales Consultants are responsible for facilitating and generating all new and used automotive sales. You would be assisting the client in helping them choose the right vehicle while providing customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive sales experience with a proven track record.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of prior automotive sales experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Driver’s License
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through the purchasing process by helping them find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close the sale
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented sales environment
  • Generate, correspond, and follow up with leads
  • Other duties that may arise in the Sales department
