To support our continued success, we are seeking an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant for immediate hire. This role is a great fit for a motivated, people‑focused professional who wants to build a long‑term career in a dealership that believes in developing and promoting its team members as the business grows. As part of our Sales Team, you’ll guide guests through the vehicle‑buying process, build strong relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Sales experience and/or training are desired but not required
- Automotive sales are NOT required
- Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email)
- A current valid driver’s license is required for all employees
- Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new Toyota
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate sales transactions
- Attend training and sales meetings
- Complete sales transaction paperwork
