Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 1–3 years of prior automotive sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and assist clients with online inquiries including pricing, vehicle availability, and general questions
  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close vehicle sales
  • Build rapport with customers through phone, email, text, and digital platforms
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment while meeting performance goals
